This is very delicious and tasty cake which is perfect for special occasions,but also you can make it whenever you want.If you want to make your anniversary more special,make this cake,everybody will like it.

For decoration I use coconut powder and almonds or hazelnuts,for me it is enough,but if you want you can add something that you like and prefer.There is no suspicious that your friends will like this tasty cake and ask for more pieces.Also I like eating this cake in combination with ice cream.In each case it is very delicious.

Hurry up and start making this cake.Fascinate and impress your family,friends and guests and serve them this heavenly cake.Once you have made it you will make it more than once.Serve it with glass of juice or cup of tea depend what do you like more.

  • 6 egg whites
  • 250 g sugar
  • 50g coconut flour
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 200 ml milk
  • 6 yolks
  • 2 packages vanilla pudding
  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • 15 tablespoon sugar
  • 1l milk
  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g margarine
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 60 g almonds


Step 1

Into bowl put 6 egg whites and mix it well.

Step 2

Than add 250 g sugar.

Step 3

Mix it well again.

Step 4

Than add flour and coconut flour and baking powder.

Step 5

Mix it well.

Step 6

That mixture put into oiled casserole.

Step 7

Bake it 15 minutes at 200 degrees.

Step 8

Baked biscuit overflow with 200 ml warm milk.

Step 9

Into bowl put yolks,2 packages vanilla pudding,4 tablespoon flour,15 tablespoon sugar and 200 ml milk.

Step 10

Than into another bowl put 800 ml milk and let it boil.

Step 11

Than add mixture with yolks and cook it few minutes.

Step 12

Than add mixed butter and margarine and 200 ml milk.

Step 13

Mix it well and than add sweet cream.

Step 14

That mixture put over the baked biscuit.

Step 15

Over the cake put coconut powder and almonds.

Step 16

Cool it.

Step 17

Serve it.
